Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity).

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Sven Barthel, Emsdettener, Str. 10 - c/o Postflex #8949, 48268 Greven, telephone number: +4956432060790, e-mail address: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Grounds for exclusion or termination

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of services.

In the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been provided in full if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the service that the trader will start providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires when the trader has fulfilled the contract in full.
