Important change to the STREAMPANEL Apps program

With the introduction of the new API versions in version 4.1.1.0, we will start shutting down apps prior to this version for the first time.

All app versions prior to version 4.1.1.0, will therefore cease to function beginning September 01, 2019.

An update to the current version 4.1.1.7 is therefore strongly recommended.
