Support ticket was rejected

There are various reasons that can lead to the rejection of a support ticket. Please always keep in mind that this happens automatically and is not meant to annoy you!


Please take your time as a new customer and read our Contact specifications. Writing directly to the support address will result in automatic rejection of your message. In such a case, the rejection of the e-mail you receive via automatic reply is of course no fun. STREAMPANEL support will not see this message and you will have to resubmit your request.

I am already a STREAMPANEL customer

In such a case, an automatic rejection will only take place if you write from a different e-mail address than the one registered with us. Therefore, it is best to always use the STREAMPANEL customer center for a support request or write to us from the e-mail address with which you are registered with us.
