STREAMPANEL Remote Support

Under certain circumstances, our STREAMPANEL Live Support staff can also assist you directly. Such procedures usually help to find a faster solution in more complex areas.

How does the remote support work?

  • You download the client that suits you a little further down.
  • You tell the support staff your remote ID.

What happens when the connection is established?

When establishing the connection, the support employee gets an insight into your system. Please note that you retain full control and can end the session at any time.

Also consider that the support staff can see the same content that you have opened on the computer. We therefore recommend that you completely close sensitive areas that affect your privacy beforehand.

If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, disconnect and continue trying to solve the problem without a remote session.
