Regardless of your platform, you may experience errors / crashes or other unintended scenarios depending on your device.
In the first place this is of course annoying but due to a variety of systems and different setups not to be excluded.
Generally, we ask you to send the error reports in case of a crash. STREAMPANEL has integrated its own mechanism for this, which sends the reports directly to us and not to the respective store operators such as Google / Apple or Microsoft.
Your notes / device data thus go directly to us and do not end up as usual with the store operators!

However, please be as detailed as possible when describing your problem. Also use the file upload forms to submit screenshots or other forms that can help us identify the problem.
What you can try yourself
- Clear the cache of the apps. The procedure varies depending on the platform.
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it.
- Restart your device completely.
