How will I know I've been locked out?

• If you have been redirected to this post from our systems.
• If your services cannot be accessed, but you still have access to the Customer Center.

In both cases you open a new Support ticket or write an e-mail to [email protected].
Alternatively, you can use the unblocking options directly in the customer centre.
