My monitoring event was reported as unavailable

We distinguish here between 2 scenarios.

Scenario 1

The created event was actually not available at the specified time. In this case, no further action is required, the system will automatically contact you as soon as the status changes again.

Scenario 2

The system incorrectly reported a failure although the service was available.

If this occurs, we recommend that you edit the created monitoring event once and add further locations. Generally, you should select at least 2 locations that are independent of each other.

The system checks the availability based on the selection of your locations. If site 1 does not respond but site 2 does, you will not be notified because the service is available. You will only be notified if the error is detected on all sites.

If you do not want this and only want to make sure that the service is available in your country. Select the location closest to you and no other.

There is no location for my homeland
