Centova Cast: My schedulable playlists do not work as intended

Please note that we can only provide basic assistance with the playlists in the Centova Cast system.

From time to time, customers contact us to let us know that their playlist system is not working as it should.

However, understand that we can't possibly see through your system. Many customers have usually created 50+ playlists. For us as outsiders, it is then difficult to see through it at all.

If you have lost the overview yourself, we advise you to delete all playlists and create new ones step by step.

Of course, we will be happy to take a closer look at your system to rule out any errors.
