General
How much AutoDJ storage is included?
The SPCast base package includes 50 GB of storage. This allocation covers relevant instance data, including AutoDJ files, logs, and program recordings.
More storage can be ordered through the customer center. The selected plan and checkout details are authoritative. DataDachs web hosting is separate and currently offers 5 to 50 GB of SSD storage, depending on the plan.

What SLA availability applies?
STREAMPANEL does not currently offer binding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You can check the real-time operational status of all servers and services at any time on the public status page.
If your project requires custom availability terms or a specialized setup, please reach out to our support.
Technical
Does SPCast support MP3 and AAC+?
Yes. SPCast supports an MP3 main stream at up to 320 kbps. Extra MP3 transcoders are available at 256, 192, 128, and 96 kbps. AAC+ is available at 64, 48, and 32 kbps.
MP3 and AAC+ are audio codecs. SPCast is neither a codec nor a streaming protocol. It is the platform for the instance, AutoDJ, transcoders, relay, statistics, and management. SPCast supports SHOUTcast V1/V2, Icecast V2/KH, and HLS for stream delivery.
How does stream relay work?
SPCast can relay an existing external stream. Enter the source URL in the management interface and enable relay mode.
Relay mode is useful when an existing source, such as a laut.fm stream, should be delivered through the SPCast infrastructure. AutoDJ remains a separate feature for playlists and scheduled shows. Switching between sources depends on the selected configuration.
Which server setups are available?
Each SPCast streaming project gets its own cloud instance. Websites and CMS projects run separately on DataDachs web hosting with LiteSpeed Enterprise, CloudLinux, CageFS, and cPanel.
The SPCast base package starts with 100 listener slots and 50 GB of storage. DataDachs separates web hosting accounts and offers 5 to 50 GB of SSD storage, depending on the plan. Multi-data-center failover can be ordered separately for streaming.
