    How much AutoDJ storage is included?

    The SPCast base plan includes 50 GB of high-speed NVMe storage for your AutoDJ media and playlists. Additional storage capacity can be added anytime through the customer portal.

    What SLA availability applies?

    Standard services target an annual baseline uptime of 99.9% supported by 24/7 proactive monitoring. Tailored Enterprise SLAs are available for commercial broadcasters.

    Does SPCast support MP3 and AAC+?

    SPCast natively supports MP3 master streams up to 320 kbps as well as automated AAC+ (HE-AAC v1/v2) transcoders between 32 and 64 kbps for low-bandwidth mobile listeners.

    How does stream relay work?

    A stream relay receives an audio signal from a master server and rebroadcasts it to listeners. SPCast provides flexible push/pull ingestion with automated AutoDJ failover.

    Which server setups are available?

    Audio broadcasting runs on isolated SPCast cloud instances, while station websites are powered by separate DataDachs web hosting. Multi-datacenter clusters are available for enterprise networks.
