Make sure that you define a stream server in the menu item "STREAMPANEL Mobile: Streamserver URL" that is optimized for the bandwidths of mobile devices.

In the field "Streamserver URL (WLAN)" you enter your standard 128 - 328 Kbit/s streamserver.
